Hi everyone sorry for not writing sooner...Vegas was an absolute blast I would of liked to meet shelli and Jamie I guess we could of planned that better..So shelli I am in for future get togethers my problem is i usually can't plan ahead for things always seems like last minute. Not only was our most handsome capt. there but picture all the great looking construction guys that were also at the convention...poor me...so you know i had to mess with them so i would befriend a group as we were playing slots(Phil plays cards mostly) he would play with me if i whined enough...anyway as i was playing with the guys i would say heh do any of you watch the deadliest catch and they very enthusiastically would answer well yeah!!!and i would say isn't that one of the captains over there? They would look and shriek (worse than any of the women I might add.) THATS CAPT PHIL FROM THE CORNELIA MARIE  I would reply calmly really yeah i knew it was one of them just didn't know which one anyway to make a long story short they would go over and talk with him i think they are all best friends now. ok so that was the funnest thing for me to do the worst was when i lost the rental car...Those beautiful blue eyes go kinda grey when he is irritated he tried to be calm and understanding with sarcasm and i was just laughing which pissed him off worse..for those who do know me this is not a surprising event in which you would think how could she do that i lose my own truck at least once a week somewhere. So for me to do this was just a normal day in a different town...Anyway Phil found the car and surprisingly i was still allowed to drive it. It was really fun walking through the casinos with him it is truly black and white either they recognise him right off or they don't. He is awesome to the people he meets takes the time to chat and they come away feeling like a million bucks. Then it occurred to me what a unique relationship i have with him and quite frankly take it for granted..cuz girls let me tell you there is nothing better to be next to the guy that all the gals want....He can even make me feel like a million bucks...so i have vowed to be nicer to him this year and quit bitching at him all the time. but now with his health i have a whole new pool of concerns. which i am happy to say he is doing really well. So for now please know i count down the days till the new season starts just like all of you...  deb

Hello all ladies!  Yes, it's been a while since I have posted anything.  I'm STILL without a home PC, but I should be sending off within this week for a new power supply, & then I will hopefully get internet & cable back shortly after that.   I may have to miss the 1st episode of the new season of DC, but I plan to not miss any more than I have to!  My withdrawls were somewhat under control, but now that the new season is looming on the horizon....I'm beginning to get the shakes!

How To Give A Cat A Pill

1. Pick up cat and cradle it in the crook of your left arm as if holding a baby. Position right forefinger and thumb on either side of cat's mouth and gently apply pressure to cheeks while holding pill in right hand. As cat opens mouth, pop pill into mouth. Allow cat to close mouth and swallow.

2. Retrieve pill from floor and cat from behind sofa. Cradle cat in left arm and repeat process.

3. Retrieve cat from bedroom, and throw soggy pill away.

4. Take new pill from foil wrap, cradle cat in left arm, holding rear paws tightly with left hand. Force jaws open and push pill to back of mouth with right forefinger. Hold mouth shut for a count of ten.

5. Retrieve pill from goldfish bowl and cat from top of wardrobe. Call spouse from garden

6. Kneel on floor with cat wedged firmly between knees, hold front and rear paws. Ignore low growls emitted by cat. Get spouse to hold head firmly with one hand while forcing wooden ruler into mouth Drop pill down ruler and rub cat's throat vigorously.

7. Retrieve cat from curtain rail, get another pill from foil wrap. Make note to buy new ruler and repair curtains. Carefully sweep shattered figurines and vases from hearth and set to one side for gluing later.

8. Wrap cat in large towel and get spouse to lie on cat with head just visible from below armpit. Put pill in end of drinking straw, force mouth open with pencil and blow down drinking straw.

9. Check label to make sure pill not harmful to humans, drink 1 beer to take taste away. Apply Band-Aid to spouse's forearm and remove blood from carpet with cold water and soap.

10. Retrieve cat from neighbor's shed. Get another pill. Open another beer. Place cat in cupboard, and close door on to neck, to leave head showing. Force mouth open with dessert spoon. Flick pill down throat with elastic band.

11. Fetch screwdriver from garage and put cupboard door back on hinges. Drink beer. Fetch bottle of scotch. Pour shot, drink. Apply cold compress to cheek and check records for date of last tetanus shot. Apply whiskey compress to cheek to disinfect. Toss back another shot. Throw Tee shirt away and fetch new one from bedroom.

12. Call fire department to retrieve the  cat from across the road Apologize to neighbor who crashed into fence while swerving to avoid cat. Take last pill from foil wrap.

13. Tie the  front paws to rear paws with garden twine and bind tightly to leg of dining table, find heavy-duty pruning gloves from shed. Push pill into mouth followed by large piece of filet steak. Be rough about it. Hold head vertically and pour 2 pints of water down throat to wash pill down.

14. Consume remainder of scotch. Get spouse to drive you to the emergency room, sit quietly while doctor stitches fingers and forearm and removes pill remnants from right eye. Call furniture shop on way home to order new table.

15. Arrange for SPCA to collect mutant cat from hell and call local pet shop to see if they have any hamsters.

HELLO ALL MY WONDERFUL SISTAHS!!!!!  I HAVE MISSED EVERYONE SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! How is everyone doing?  I am hanging in there!  I keep praying that my nightmare called "a full class load on the internet" will be over soon!!!!  OMG!!! Let me be the first to say, DON'T EVER take a full load of classes on the internet, it is absolutely pure hell!!!!  I swear the professors punish you for taking there class on the internet and not in person! 
Now on a better note....is everyone ready for the new season of the DC?   I have my drool bucket ready!!!!!    Let's see...I have a few updates some good and some bad!  Dylan is still having seizures, as a matter of fact, they have gotten worse.  The doctors told us that if he were to outgrow this it would happen once he hit puberty and that usually kids do outgrow this, but not with Dylan.  It appears that the hormonal change she is having with puberty is making things worse.  Since Christmas he has had 5 seizures.  They are shorter in duration but much more violent in nature.  His last seizure was last Sunday.  I was at my desk in the living room working and I noticed out of the corner of my eye that he was tapping his foot.  He was sitting in the recliner and I thought he was trying to get my attention.  I look over, he is all locked up and is white with blue lips and around his eyes were blue.  I screamed for Mike and i told Mike to blow in his face and try to get him to start breathing while I called 911.  By the time I got to the phone he luckily had started breathing again.  Dylan has stopped breathing before, but never long enough for his lips to turn blue.  I was just bawling!  These really scare me and the doctors have not helped my fears either.  They told me a couple of seizures ago with the type of seizure disorder he has and the intensity that the seizures he is having now can cause brain damage if we don't get them under control.  At the rate we are going he won't even be able to take driver's ed or get a driver's license when he is sixteen, not that I want him to if he is having seizures like this, but I feel sorry for him.  I was thinking about it the other day and I thought that not only am I going to have all the same worries that parents have when their children get their driver's license, but I am always going to have the added worry about him having a seizure while driving.  I would just as soon not think about it!  So, please keep him in your prayers!  The good news is that my hubby has become the head honcho of the funeral home he works at.  There was a corporate take over and he was put in charge of the entire funeral home here in Durant.  I am soooo proud of him.  it hasn't been easy though because the old part owner/manager is making things pretty rough for everyone involved.  However,  the old owner, who used to be a friend of ours until he and his new wife started doing things they shouldn't, decided he was going to threaten my hubby.  Wrong thing to do!!!  I have turned him in to numerous agencies and i am making his life a living hell.  That is one thing I won't tolerate!  I am VERY protective of my family and my close friends!!!!!!  So, if anybody messes with y'all they will have to answer to me!     Anyway, I am very proud of him because he has done such an amazing job and handled everything with such grace!  Other than that, not much else is going on here!  Oh, except I feel as if I have lost my mind!  If anyone finds it would you please return it?  Well, I have to go finish a couple of essays for history class!  Back to hell basically!  lol!!!  I love all of you and I miss everyone and I am ready to start getting back in the swing of things.  I hope everyone has a great week!!!!  Take Care!!!!

Its still cold in Ohio-which is really annoying because where I go to school is all farmland, so its really flat and the wind cuts through you like a knife-and I wish Ohio would get a tad bit warmer. I'm only asking for something in the 40s or 50s, that's it! Stupid weather.  

My prayers are with the families, friends, and anybody else who ever knew anybody who was on the Alaskan Ranger. I hope they all make it through this tough time in their lives.  Stay strong everybody.

On a lighter note, I freaking love these smilies. I've never seen this one or . That made my day a little bit. (I'm sorry I'm random, I'm in college and I'm totally stressed out about a lot of things right now and this is how I deal with stress sometimes, but that's enough of my drama.)

So, when do you guys usually have a group chat? When I went back a month (to Jan 2007)-which by the way had some really cool pictures...that I couldn't see it was usually a Friday, but I wasn't sure if it was every Friday, or it was whenever you felt like it. 

I'm a very chatty person, and I love meeting new people (espeically if they have something in common with me). I'm also very open, so if you guys want to know anything about me, just ask.

Just checking in to let you all know the Capt. is doing fine owley as ever and his weird sense of humour is in check. Claudia miss you terribly as THANK YOU you know for what every time I go to call ya its like 2:00am I'll try here in a bit. Gayle are you ever on the little piggy got a french fry caught in her throat 458.00 later she is doing good I am getting more attached to her however don't know if I can give her up! As for ya all you guys are great and I wish the best for all of you. Claudia is right Phil and Jonathan really appreciate each and everyone of you but you gotta know their hearts belong to claudia damn her I say!!!lol Take care will give you the scoop when I get back I already am in trouble however as I was summoned to be there today but that just isn't going to happen...Take care
