Great show this week. Glad I found this website.  Phil is my favorite as well, although John ain't too shabby either.

Hi girls just letting you all know yes I did watch the episode and now have taken a couple of days to think about what I saw. I tried to get a heads up from the Capt. on whether or not to even watch it but he wouldn't give it to me. Claudia was first to wish me well upon watching it( she was actually the one who got a hold of me initially to let me know what has happened as I was on a plane to Tampa)and she was the first to check on me after I saw it. I had no idea he was struggling at sea for as long as he was that was not quite the story I got. As for his stubbornness well I guess now thinking about it isn't that one of the things we find endearing about him? You know when you have known this man for as long as I have there is definitely real Phil and TV Phil most of you have come to know TV Phil and that by no means is a bad thing. TV Phil is kind, has patience, very professional and thoughtful. But now you have a glimpse of real Phil his sense of humor is definitely real Phil, his temperament is real Phil, and when we witnessed his vulnerability and how genuinely scared he really was that is the most real Phil that I have even seen in the last 4 yrs. He is now faced with difficult decisions in his life will he choose the right ones probably not, but that is real Phil. We have to keep in mind that this is not a job but a way of life and it has been the only one he has known for his whole adult life. Will he make some life changes maybe a couple but whatever he does we need to just respect the decisions he does makes right or wrong in our own minds. You can rest assured that they will be decisions that Phil and Phil alone will make. So I am on board with that and I truly love the guy unconditionally as well as you all do. So wish him well with every aspect of his life don't dwell on his health and please don't preach to him (trust me this doesn't work...lol) Nothing bad is going to happen to him as I simply won't allow it and know we can cherish the time we get to spend with him whether it is on the TV or in person and know the guy lives life to the fullest and damn he leaves good memories....

Auuuuughhhh, that was just plain painful to watch...I am so thankful I know he gets better. I was so proud of Josh, Murray and crew for standing up to him and insisting he get medical care. You know they could of saved his life. I know Phil is stubborn, that is obvious but he is also so determined to get the job done, he just was not taking any consideration of his health, it was all about finishing the run so the guys got their paychecks.

It took 60 hours to get our Capt to the hospital in St. Paul. I also remember hearing he waited a couple of days in St. Paul before he got to a real hospital and then he spent 5 days in ICU, yes it was that serious. That is incredibly serious. I feel like I was put through way too much stress last night! Goes to show you how much I adore DC.

Then if that was not enough.... after the catch and the Hillstrand Brothers and Scott Hillstrand talking about their Dad and Grandpa...what a tear jerker!

I loved it when "Ding and Dong" got to the table and started the mullet talk! OMG, I was laughing so hard...business in the front, party in the back!

I must say I have more respect for many more of the men out on the Bering Sea, (not that I did not before) but seeing the "Bering Sea Brotherhood" and everyone's responses was just so heartfelt. They did kind of start to rip on the guy from the Early Dawn, about the mutiny...those were some shots heard around the Internet I'm sure...that owners son I'm sure is taking a verbal beating.

Claudia, I think we need some Murray signs too to post (not sure nekkid Murray is appropriate) but something. He is fast growing on my favorites list. You have to admit it took some serious cojones to tell Josh and Jake about Phil's health, Phil is not the person I'd wasn't to piss off, especially if he is signing my paycheck.

Well, I hope everyone is not too emotional today! Storm I know how your feeling!

Mrs. Parks said, 'Very good, Billy,' then turned to Mary and

Two, you didn't read your homework.
And three, one day you are going to be very, very disappointed.'

Cranky and sexy I can handle..........Ahab in pain not good. Dunno if I can watch ths one girls???? Maybe a few Duck Farts will give me some false courage. Any suggestions?
