Dana - Congratulations on finishing the semester!!  whoo-hoo. 

Shelli - Sweetie, you and your family are definitely in my thoughts and prayers.  I will be calling our church and putting you all on the prayer chain.  Also, I am going to call my other friends and have them do the same at their churches.  Hopefully, he is serious about it this time.  I have a family member who cannot get out of drugs and it is difficult to watch.  Please know we are here for you and love you sweetie.

Off from work today and we're getting 2-3 inches of rain. I'm totally thrilled.  This was the second Friday I wanted to plan a morning at the beach - just me, myself and I, a book and a chair.  And way before all the crowds get the thought to do the same thing!  We have this really neat strip of land called Sandy Hook here in NJ. There are all these little out of the way spots on the bay side that you can find a spot all to yourself and just hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet with the sea birds.....ah... one of these Fridays..

Hello Everyone! I am glad to see so many people back this season on the website.  I hope everyone is doing great!!!

Well, I finally got through this semester of school!
A bit of advice! DO NOT take a full load on the internet! I swear the professors punish you for not actually going to there class.  They give you double the work!  What is funny is I have had around 30 people tell me this AFTER I enrolled and started.  Where was everyone before I came up with this brilliant idea?? lol!!!

Well, Dylan birthday is tomorrow!  My baby is going to be 13!!!! I can't believe it!!!!  I tell him I don't like him getting older and especially this fast because he just keeps dragging me along with him!!!!

T - I am so sorry for your loss sweetie!!  I hope you are doing better! I love ya!!!!

Carrie - My twin!!!!  I did it!! I am through!!!  I miss ya!  Hope you have a great weekend!

Claudia - WOW!!!!  You look beautiful in your picture with Phil!!!  I am sooooo jealous!!! What an amazing time!!! I am glad to see that they appreciate what you do as much as we do!!!  Love ya bunches!!!

Carrie - I understand the packing comment, but what exactly are you throwing?  I loved the latest myspace comment and Claudia's new sign.  Oh and if Claudia says ok you can use the picture of me and Chester.  No one would recognize me without him. 

It's been a rough couple of days.  Charlie started going into renal failure last night.  The vet said normally she would put a dog his age down when this happens, but because his blood work was fine on Friday and changed so drastically by Monday she is wondering if something is causing the renal failure.  She is the nicest vet.  Since no other vet except the emergency vet does night care, she decided to take Charlie to her house to continue him on IV fluids.  He threw up a few times last night, but she said he is fighting her more this morning so he must be feeling better.  Charlie is normal when he is difficult.  So, she is holding on to him for the rest of the day and we shall see what time will tell.  He is the dog that got my mother through my father's death and her recovery.  I'm afraid if he goes she will be very, very depressed.  Keep your fingers crossed for the little guy.

Well it was great to be able to see John again.  Bandita Jax and I got to the restaurant I think about 6:30 and he was set up right as we walked in. We had brought our books to be signed and there was a decent size line of people waiting so we decided to head to the bar and have something to drink and wait for the line to go down a bit. John saw us and got up to say hello! What a nice surprise that he remembered us! It was fun seeing kids get so excited to see him there. We waited a bit and went back and were able to say a quick hello and get the books signed before he had to sit down for his dinner.  He had a bit of a sunburn from riding his bike down here but looked good. He was heading back home early this morning from what he told us. We put our books back in the car and got a bite to eat ourselves. Barnacle Bill's really does have very good food if your ever in Sarasota.

I know it's short notice and wasn't sure if anyone knew but Johnathan is going to be at Barnacle Bill's in Sarasota, FL at 6pm to whenever tonight. I just found out and Bandita Jackie and I will be there so anyone in the are come on down! It's the one located on Tamiami Trail/US 41.  I'll be happy to share whatever pictures and stories with everyone of course.

Imagine what a litle insomnia and web browsing can do for a person. Love it all.

Aahhh Claudia... I do see why everybody loves you now!!     My heart is going a mile a minute and I think I may have to go take my BP to keep it in line and maybe a pill or two. He is so beautiful and I am too jealous of you but I hear you have earned your time ya lucky lady. If you ever need a back up, I used to run with the big dogs years ago and know how to keep up the pace.  I can't wait for the next installment of Captain Sexy's Georgia adventure!

Afternoon Ladies...just returned from yet another vet visit.  This time Charlie is sick.  So...in the last 30 days I have had 7 out of 8 dogs sick or injured.  I think we've been cursed.  Another $200+ vet bill. *sigh* And the estimates for Sheba's surgery came in...we are looking at close to $10,000.  YIKES!!! 

Oh well, Claudia, if you can work some of your influence on the guys, try and convince them to come to Northern Cali.   I would really appreciate it.  With all the vet bills accumulating it is the only way I will be able to make another meet and greet.  Tell Phil it's for Chester.  I think Chester and Gizmo need a play date.   And if Phil brings his bike, this area is absolutely one of the best places to ride.  At least that's what the bikers used to tell me when I was tending bar.  We also have plenty of wineries and I taught the other bartenders how to make a Duck Fart.  And there's a Harley store about 13 miles from here.  See perfect.  BBQ at my house.  All are welcome!!!  Dogs too!!! 

The sistahs also need another meet up!!!  And Claudia...only a hop skip and a jump from San Fran and Tahoe!  OK...that's my plug.

Kelly, Have a safe trip to Washington.  Have a Blast.  Not too much of a blast...I can't afford to bail you out right now. 

Robin, My brother had an apartment in San Leandro.  He works in Walnut Creek and has a house in Oakland now.  I really do hope the guys come here.  Hopefully we can meet up in the future when I'm down there.

Phil and Dhani talked a little fishing and football and then Dhani had to leave. 

Phil sat back down with me and asked his publicist how the heck he got a gig with Travel.  I told Phil if he found out how and got one too.....I'd be his personal assistant!  LOL

So here's the video.  Now you have to remember that I was backstage and this video is being recorded from one of those WIDE flat panel monitors so its a bit shaky at times and there are people walking by at times.  But you will be able to see his appearance and see how well he did.  I don't know how he goes out in front of so many people (the house was packed)...I would just die of stage fright.

By the way....Phil absolutely HATES the opening song on this video.  BUT....the only reason he hates it is because the captains had to sing this in New York just recently.  He told me to go over to the Discovery site and check it out but I haven't had time to do it yet.  Has anyone seen it yet?
